Posting on my husband’s account- This is absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The person upfront tried to offer me a credit to come back but wow- I would never ever come back here. I told them many times I wanted to change the pedicure color and they just ignored me. Manicure shape is HORRIBLE, looks like claws on an animal. Uneven and thick and just terrible. I liked this place, but this time was not good. I kindly asked before she started to go to the edges of my nails. She disregarded me, even after I checked in mid-way through cause it didn’t look right. Kind of brushed me off. And I ended up with exactly what I asked to avoid. Wasn’t very warm or kind and clearly didn’t want me to get the result I wanted, too bad

I don’t even leave negative reviews but SAM did my nails and it turned out so bad. I showed reference photos of what I wanted but he basically just did whatever to my nails and called my inspo pics “ghetto” and he wasn’t going to do them. I spend a good chunk of money and STICKERS that I DID NOT ASK FOR ARE CHIPPING OFF !! I really don’t like this.

My daughter has gotten her nails done by Nikki twice and they have turned out great. She does amazing designs that last so long. Highly recommend her!
