I came here thinking the service would be exceptional particularly considering it’s a new nail bar… the service was subpar at best. I needed a soak off of acrylic and both my tech and his colleague were visibly irritated at my request to have my nails soaked off properly… foil and acetone!! Rather than dipping my entire hands in a warm bowl of straight acetone. I just left this location. I arrived exactly at 6:39pm. I walked in as I usually do and told the gentleman at the front the service I needed. He replied, “we’re closed.” I was very confused because Google and the sign on the door both stated they closed at 7pm. When I responded, “the door says you close at 7pm” he then responded, “we stop taking people at 6:30pm.” I asked to speak to the manager, he then lied and stated he was the manager. The Nail tech that sits in booth 7 did a fill on my nails. He didn’t put any primer on my nails and they are lifting. I go back a day later and was treated poorly. I will never come here again.

My first time going there was yesterday, the eye brow lady was very nice , gentle and clean . She waxed my brows chin hair and mustache . The experience was great I will definitely be back & a loyal customer she was very fast and gentle . I left a $5 tip
