New owners and a whole new place. The new owners stand behind their work and value their clients!! I was about to give up on Nail Art and Spa until Rachel and Bobby took over. Now I will not go anywhere else. The atmosphere is lighter and much more friendly. Best nails I've had in a long time!
I loved this place! So nice and my nail lady took out her phone and we figured out a design I would like. Great atmosphere and such friendly people!
I love the work Ann does, she da best!!! She is the only person I will ever go to.
So disappointed. I was in today and had a negative experience. I as nicely as possible posted about it on their FB wall and not only did they remove the thread (a shocking number of people apparently have also had terrible experiences and posted how they agreed with me) but blocked me from their page. I did nothing wrong to be treated like this. I'm very upset about this. Not only have I been a loyal customer since they opened but I have sent many of my friends and family there.
