Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Great atmosphere and staff, plus I enjoy the music they play!
RecommendedMy friend has been coming here for a while. I had a bad experience at another salon. I came here and they fixed the problem. I will never go anywhere else. For the repair work my tech had to do, (it took 1hr 1/2 to fix). Price was amazing. I'll never go to any other salon.
I’m so happy I found this place! I always get great customer service, and perfect nails! I don’t go anywhere else. The owners are super friendly. This by far is the most professional nail salon I’ve been to.
Rachael is THE BEST!!! I love that she comes up with the best suggestions and takes pride in her work. On top of coming out with great nails she's also hilarious! Love coming here
I have two regular nail salons that I use out by my house but was since I was in Elgin today and I have been to this salon a few times before when I worked in Elgin I decided to stop in again. They took me without an appointment within a few minutes, were very friendly and did a beautiful job. And the salon is very pretty as well.
I’ve been going here for years, but I just recently started making appointments only with Rachael. She’s the best!!!! My nails have been exactly how I wanted every time :)
I got my no chip OPI done and it was great! I’m not big on acrylic nails but they did a great job with my no chip
Teenage daughter got a $40 dip acrylic. Color didn’t match sample pallet, no cuticles cut, no hot towel. Talk about getting ripped off! I didn’t find out till we got home. She went back and they simply said “no redos”. 10% off “NEXT TIME” to an unhappy client is a slap in the face. I spent 145.00 there today and I only had my one daughter. That was the last time, I’ll be happy to take my money somewhere else.
