The only spot to go and the only techs to see is Siham and Hind they r the ABSOLUTE BEST n da World !!
The people are rude as hell and the prices are ridiculous. They need some major customer service classes. I was asked to move my car in the middle of manicure... Seriously. I have given this place 4 chances... I will never return nor will I recommend to any of my friends ever again. The specials aren't worth it.
I went to Nail Addicts when around the time they first opened, and will NEVER come back again. The staff was catty, rude, and unprofessional. When my friend and I entered the shop they said nothing to us, we had to approach them. Their attitude suggested that we were bothering them by even asking questions about the services they offer. I went with a acrylic set, my friend just wanted a mani & pedi. My nail tech was rude and obnoxious, acted like she was doing me a favor by doing my nails lol. Have been here before and won't go anywhere else they are very nice.
I have been going to Nail Addict since they opened and have always had a positive experience. After my first visit, they remembered me. Each visit I am welcomed by name. They always ask how work is going and how my little one is doing. Always feel welcomed and they do great work! Keep it up ladies!
