They do a great pedicure - but the place has changed. It used to be a relaxing wonderful experience. Not so now. I didn't like it at all - although the pedicure was fine. Nails filed to a long sharp point are really not the best idea when giving someone a pedicure. OUCH! I won't be going back there unfortunately. What happened!?!
Well after today i will no longer be going back. Can not believe how a customer was treated over a gift certificate that was 5 days expired. A police was there and called them out over the fact that they accused her of being loud which he said was not so. Her son came and tried to talk to them about it and to pay she ended up telling him to get the f... Out of her shop. Discovered them two months ago, great,clean and fun
Still waiting for a simple repair. I was told 20 minutes and it has now been 45 minutes. If you come into the shop without an appointment be prepared for a very long wait.

Love it. .make your appointment and stop complaining. It's nails, Not plastic surgery. We live in such a microwave society that people are impatient.
First impression is a lasting relationship.
When they first opened they were very friendly it was a nice atmosphere but that have all changed now. Some of the nail techs I guess the ones related to the manager are only interested in conversing amongst themselves and they are rude. They are good at nail designs but good service ranks higher in my opinion.
Very unprofessional! All the time!
