Horrible business practices. They will violate Florida building codes, will breach your contract with negligence of the premises and make excuses based off of building owner that they can’t help you.

I have never in my life written a negative review of a business. We have done business with Talcor for almost 6 years. Over this period they have repeatedly reassessed our CAM, resulting in additional payments in the vicinity of 8K annually. Over the term of our lease the total cost was more than $45,000. In working with a local real estate attorney, we found that this is common. They will quote you a very low CAM rate, and after you sign, will immediately begin charging extremely high CAM reconciliations. Even when we tried... read more
