I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology clinic. I arrived for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour without being attended to. Despite the lengthy wait, no one offered an apology or an explanation. The front desk staff was also quite rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and courteous care.
