The doctor is incapable of filling out paperwork properly took him 6 times to fill out FMLA paperwork and has no file cabinet there’s patients records all over the patient room scattered everywhere for anyone to see. Which is probably a HIPPA violation. He has another room filled with papers all over the place very unorganized and rudest staff when you call in they yell at everybody
