We have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of care NAE puts into its service. Disorganization and poor communication seem to plague most janitorial companies but NAE is quite the opposite. Our rep made sure start-up was a breeze and the team has been providing great service consistently for the last several months. Whenever we have special requests, they are quick to help out.
