We hired NAE in early 2016 to provide daily janitorial services for our yoga studios. Over the last several years, we have grown and NAE has grown with us! One thing that seems to be constant in my experience with janitorial companies is a general lack of organization. Poor communication, inconsistency with overall quality and inability to stay on top of supplies are examples that come to mind. We have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of care NAE puts into its service. Disorganization and poor communication seem to plague most janitorial companies but NAE is quite the opposite. Our rep made sure start-up was a breeze and the team has been providing great service consistently for the last several months. Whenever we have special requests, they are quick to help out. I’ve used Jason and the NAE team twice and both times they were quick to respond, professional with their cleaning and easy to work with. I needed an office decontamination and Jason responded within 2 hours with both a quote and service appointment options. He took the stress away and brought me solutions. The technician showed up on time, to the minute, dressed in full PPE and ready to clean. Thanks again Jason!

He was courteous, prompt, and incredibly accommodating to our firm's immediate needs. Additionally, the technician Bangon was friendly, punctual, and prepared.
