I have worked closely with Dr. Winstead over the past year. Seeing her several times and being referred to specialists when needed. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and shows great compassion for her patients. She is professional yet very personable and easy to talk to. Always a friendly place. Did wonder why my 20 minutes from start to finish cost me $155? Since we have no dental insurance I did ask the lady out front if you had a Veterans discount the answer was no. If Lowe’s, Home Depot, Columbia (20 percent) do have discounts for Veterans that have served why don’t you, especially if patients with no insurance?
Perhaps I shouldn't say this but YAY my teeth have never felt so clean!* I'm not certain that I thanked Shelby enough before I left the office! She always makes my visits so comfortable and easy - with just the right amount of conversation so she can do her work! * PS they always feel yummy after a cleaning!
Always very friendly, kind and courteous… They always do a great job with Cleaning and any questions I might have etc. Office is always beautiful and clean, and they’re always very punctual and getting services done
