Of course I would recommend your dental services to others, and have many times. All our children in the area come to your office and many of their friends, You're all like family to our family. Dr. Winstead and all the staff are a real pleasure to do business with. I am always greeted cheerfully like as if I were family. The entire team are very professional, always answer any question and often offer options I hadn't even realized existed. I have already recommended her practice to.several people I knew were looking for a dentist.
Very strong on the personal contact side. They take a real interest in you as a person....not just a patient. Lots of good vibes throughout the office. They pay particular attention to your concerns and dental phobias. Nice people. If you have to go to the dentist ...and you do ....these are the folks you should choose!.
My concerns are hers, too! A very gentle dentist, personable and confident. My last procedure was painless, and I was given first class treatment. My comfort was taken care of without fuss, but with concern. I have been a patient of Dr. Winstead for several years, and I am fortunate to have her as my dentist. No worries here! .She has state-of-the-art equipment, and the environment welcoming. The staff is outstanding, assistants, hygienist, office staff are all the best.
I have always enjoyed excellent service and friendly, professional staff.
Nadia is so careful to make sure that there is no pain or discomfort and always takes the extra time to make sure things are as perfect as possible. I have absolutely no nervousness going to appointments for procedures.
My dental hygienist is Shelby. She is a 10. If it weren't for her I'd never come back. After my experience (twice) with your alternate hygienist, I'm always a little surprised when I see her in the Winstead building. I don't compare her to just Shelby, but to every hygienist I've had in the last 50-years. If you want to know what I'm talking about, I encourage you to take a spin in her chair.
