I have been coming to you for many years and before that to Dr. Bonniksen, when it was his office. I always liked your service and everything connected with it. However, I did NOT like the new cleaning system with water. All my teeth and my whole mouth was hurting until a day after. Is that supposed to be this way? If so, I would prefer the other cleaning method the next time I come.
The only thing I would recommend is that when a provider change is going to occur that should be provided before the appointment. I have had the same hygienist for many visits and very much enjoyed that experience. This visit my hygienist changed and I was unaware that was going to happen. There were no issues with the new hygienist, but I would have liked to know that prior to my visit.
