Disappointing bedside manner. Very arrogant when I told her why I thought I had basal cell. As someone who has had melanoma that was also overlooked by many doctors, I finally had a biopsy which turned out to be stage II melanoma; Dr. was shocked! I have been a patient there for 25 years plus years when Dr Francis had the practice, Brought my family there. I felt that I was such an inconvenience to Nadia. Dr.Sundlass is very thorough. Although I don't like getting cut on my skin for basil cell I know she is doing the right thing. She always explains very well why it's needed. That's why I keep coming back.
