Can't seem to get through for a VERY much needed and overdue consult. I have an auth number from my insurance, ... but I've left voicemails and no one EVER calls back. The phone is busy one minute/yet no one answers the next. The YELP reviews are really bad, so now I'm worried. I'm an RN who really* needs this consult for something quite serious.

Decided to give Dr. Nader a chance even after reading the reviews on other websites and i am very satisfied with the service. Staring from the staff who is able to schedule you as soon as possible The wait time was nomore than 10 minutes!Great place !

The customer service of the employees were horrible, disrespectful & rude. In order to receive the copy of my test result to be faxed to my primiry doctor too so long that I personally had to drive & get them by my self. So unhappy about their service! HORRIBLE!!!
Dr. Armanious is completely USELESS and should not be practicing as a Neurologist. He flat out refused to prescribe me any meds for my migraine headaches. I waiting an hour in a room full of screaming kids and stinky people in the Ghetto location of Panorama City at his office which looked like a cross between an animal shelter and a pre-school! He was cold, no bedside manner whatsoever and has no business calling himself a Neurologist when he can't prescribe necessary meds. Waste of time!
