DO NOT RENT WITH NABO I write this review on behalf of Athens renters because I do not want prospective renters to be exploited the way that my family was last year. If I could give negative stars, it would be a no brainer. I am flagging for Athens renters that NABO's star rating here is almost exclusively due to OWNERS leaving positive reviews. Briggs and his team were great and helped me get into a place a few days before its availability so I could start my new job. If there ever was a need for maintenance, they were on it asap. They made my transition to Athens a lot smoother and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience finding and moving into a rental with Nabo. They were super responsive -- when I was inquiring about a possible place to move into, Briggs got back to me literally within an hour of applying.
