I wish I can give zero stars. This is directly on the medical assistant (red hair lady) who is utterly rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and overall terrible. Trying to schedule appointments is nearly impossible with their unpredictable hours of service, no voice mail and don’t return calls. Trying to deal with this lady’s demeanor is unbearable. The wait time, medical care, and attention to details and patient fillings leave you wondering if you live in third world country.
