By far the best meal of my life. Overwhelmingly beautiful food that somehow tased even better than it looked. Chef Niki Nakayami is an artist of her own league and her passion can be tasted in every bite of every course. I would recommend the sake pairing, each course came with a delightful compliment, and each sake was as unique as the dish it’s self. I really couldn’t recommend n/naka enough.
It's the best Japanese food ever! 😋😍 The presentations for each course during the 3 hour meal are like works of art... paintings and sculptures!
A once in a lifetime meal! Every bite is perfect and to be savored slowly. You can taste heaven and love in the food. I’m looking forward to experiencing this again, but dinner last night was perfection. We did a sake and wine pairing, sake for the man, wine for me, although for some courses you will receive the same beverage from either pairing so there’s a little crossover. Hands down in my Top 5 dining experiences from around the world.
Amazing experience- presentations are exquisite. Servers fantastic and pay attention in great detail. Make sure you're hungry!! And chef comes out at the end to say hello! Incredible
We came down from Saskatchewan in 2015 and had the most amazing experience. And madam chef came out to speak with us twice! Truly outstanding.
