The best part was meeting Niki Nakayama, she was super nice!
An absolute feast for the senses. It's all about the food. No fancy interior or views. Chef Niki is an incredibly nice human. Go there if you get the chance. Choose the sake pairing.
Easily one of the best dining experienced. The courses were perfectly balanced from beginning to end and it was serious journey of food. The service was impeccable and I can't wait to go back. Chef Nakayama is incredibly talented.
