N&V were really great and professional in doing a refurbishment to the auto transmission of my Holden Colorado. Thanks to Nataly for her reponsiveness and patience in organizing the work which was finished in a week as promised. We have now done about 1500 km in the week following and the transmission is performing like a new vehicle. All the shudder and shake gremlins have gone. I have no hesitation in highly recommending N&V! Thank you Nat and Vic
N&V were very cooperative in fitting my AT service into their busy schedule to meet my timetable for holiday departure. Communication Re timing, both for service day delivery and pickup was clear and prompt. Information regarding the condition of the ATF was provided in writing and in photos making the condition of the transmission very clear. Top marks for communication, customer service and quality of workmanship. “Truck” drives like new. Thank you all.
