Been going here for YEARS. And now Paul wants to be a crashout after I asked for him to fix a mistake and don’t know how to talk to people when he’s in the wrong. I tip them every time even when they do a terrible job I still tip. Won’t be coming back again due to lack of urgency and lack of people skills when it comes to fixing a small issue. The service i received today was terrible and shameful! Paul is completely too comfortable getting hostile with women. After Paul completely butchered my nails, he got very hostile with me because I stated my dislike. I asked for stiletto shape and was charged for a shape change although I did not get stiletto. The French tip was just sloppy so I asked for full polish and was still charged for French tip. Paul stated "you asked for something impossible, you nail bed is wide".
