Great, long term experts at landscaping
I use this company for my 85 year old mother who lives alone. She constantly has to call, with NOONE who ever answers the phone, even during business hours. She leaves messages, I leave messages and yet no one answers. She is currently stuck in her home and can not get out of the house for a week now- to take her garbage out or anything. I consistently have to go over and shovel her out. She has a contract with them for shoveling AND snow removal and they come to do her neighbors but not hers. I entered into a snow plow contract with this company. After the blizzard, I reached out to find out their ETA on when they could clean my driveway. No response...and no responses at all until four days after the blizzard only to tell me sorry...no information on when they could come or what was going on. I even told them that I was running out of food and needed to know when I could get out. I finally had to pay $250 to have someone else clear my driveway so I could get out and buy food.
