Came in to ask about some chronic problems. I paid $150 to essentially be told to see a doctor. The lack of knowledge and help I encountered here was astonishing. Never have I experienced an urgent care physician that specifies up front that they can only address one problem. Even if that is the truth, the lack of care that it displays is bad. The nursing staff at least listened to all of the issues, but it was clear that they also felt it was an inconvenience to listen, rather than it being a part of their job. The actual p... read more
First time visiting the urgent care office in Woburn. Staff was very professional and courteous. The office was beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.
