Had a broken phone screen. Got it fixed for over $300. Less than a week later a small part of the screen went black with a wired streak (see picture). The phone was in a highly protective case since being repaired with a screen protector. They refused to say anything that the screen was faulty and said it wasn’t their problem. Poor customer service.
Had my iPhone Pro screen replaced here and the result was unacceptable. After the repair, the phone felt noticeably laggy and not at all like a Pro model. I ran a display test and confirmed the replacement screen operates at 30 Hz, which means a non-ProMotion, low-grade aftermarket display was installed. This was never disclosed before the repair. Bad job, no warranty, but return the money. Waist of time.
I have been to this place to fix my i.phone, a staff member, Hassan, was very helpful and he was extremely patient until solve the problem and provided the best customer service! Strongly recommend this place!!!
Replaced a chip in my phone, never worked properly again. Went back told me they wouldn't help.
