I had alot of fun with Yogi Chand Ananda. It was my first yoga session so I was a bit nervous. She made sure I was comfortable and told me that the space was safe for me. We started with meditation and I immediately got an instant sense of calmness. I was able to let go of everything in my mental headspace that was causing me stress. As we began to move into positions, she adjusted some positions for me to ensure I wouldn’t hurt myself, but still got the most out of our session. I deal with anxiety disorder and I needed a new way to deal with the stresses of life and she led me right where I needed to be to start. She was so very comforting and I felt at home.
