Sweet treats, sour service Hands down the best place in the area for cannolis. They make them fresh while you wait. The service at this business is lacking. All three times that I was there I was served with major attitude from the owner. I could not nail down what I did to make her act that way, but I can be certain if I had to choose between the sweet shop and another location, I would look elsewhere.
Great Ice Cream & Locally Owned! Unlike the nearby competition, Mystic Sweets Shoppe really does make all of the ice cream it sells. Local people shop there year round. In addition to the ice cream, the fudge and other goodies make a visit a delicious treat. During the summer when tourists are visiting, the line can get long; that's the only drawback. There are lots of choices for wedding favors! If you're having a wedding with a beach theme, ask the owner about some of her special creations.
