Jamie is a bodywork master. She knew exactly where to target my imbalances in my shoulder which I’ve had issues with for years now. After one visit my shoulders and body feel so much better. I’m thankful to of found her here on the outer banks, where I can confidently tell you she is the best by far. I 11/10 recommend !

Jamie is simply the best. I’ve tried every type of massage under the sun, and nothing compares to her work. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, deeply passionate, and by far the most qualified therapist I’ve ever met. Every session with her goes beyond expectations, I can’t recommend her enough.
I look forward to my bodywork sessions with Jamie every visit to the outerbanks… I would schedule regularly but I live far away. I know pretty much all of the hotspots on the banks being that I grew up there and Jamie is absolutely on the top of my short “must go” list. Best way to start or wrap up my trips. ☺️
