Jamie is amazing! Came to OBX for a getaway vacation and decided to book a massage and I’m so glad I did! Jamie was incredibly intuitive, knowing exactly where to focus without me needing to say much. Beyond the technique, the energy she brought into the space was calm, grounding, and genuinely caring. I left feeling physically refreshed and also mentally and emotionally lighter. I can’t recommend Mystic Roots enough if you’re looking for a truly restorative and personalized massage experience!

Jamie is a bodywork master. She knew exactly where to target my imbalances in my shoulder which I’ve had issues with for years now. After one visit my shoulders and body feel so much better. I’m thankful to of found her here on the outer banks, where I can confidently tell you she is the best by far. I 11/10 recommend !
I have been going to Jamie for some time, she is very in tune to the Individuals needs of your pain. Jaime is well versed in her training and is shows in her body work that she’s does.
