What a relaxing massage with a beautiful & peaceful environment. Jamie focused on all my achy muscles and worked on the source of the tension. I can’t wait to return! I 100% recommend
I have benefitted from many years of therapeutic massage including my first session at Mystic Roots which included cupping. Jamie is very talented in locating old injuries and releasing their grip and I look forward to her services again in such a healing spot as I focus on improving posture, flexibility and pain relief in my 70s.
As a busy mom of 3 kids 5 and under, I hardly take time for myself - I needed this visit more than I even realized! I had the best massage and mini facial with Jamie.
