Partner and I went in for an appointment at Mystic Imaging. I couldn’t go in with her and we are waited over 2 hours before hearing back for results. Wasn’t even that busy here either. Drove an hour to come here too, definitely not coming back.
I’ve used this facility often and everyone is always exceptional, it’s clean and there’s little to no wait even when I’m a walk in. Today was next level though, I had a complicated question and it was very close to closing time so I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having them search for an answer, I had my imaging and went to leave and the receptionist called me back in and took me to someone’s office so they could give me the answer, they explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand. This place is a total waste of time. Every week they call me with a different story. I called them back. They said we don't know who you are? They had me drive 80 miles and didn't cover my ct scan. They keep passing my information around nobody knows who I am ? Huge computer errors They don't know who anyone is at this office. Yes my legal name is Carrieann Carrington .
