RecommendedEnjoyed the float. Woke myself up snoring a few times and bumping into the sides, like a boat tied to a dock. It was very relaxing. The massage was outstanding. My shoulder pain was greatly lessened because of the work Lianha did. The detox made my feet feel lighter. Loved it all and I will be back! I have recommended it to friends already!

Mystic Flow is a beautifully designed center. It is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff is friendly, highly skilled and atttentive ... making me feel cared for and nurtured. I especially appreicate Richard. He is incredibly talented and gifted and helps me get back into alignment and feeling better with every session! I also love the combination of infrared sauna and float before a massage. For me, Mystic Flow has been total mind, body, spirit care at it's best!
