RecommendedGreat professional customer service. The float is unbelievably relaxing for body and mind with endless benefits. The establishment is very clean. Every service (float, massage, sauna, variety of classes) and membership are offered but not pushed on the customer (unlike other massage places). The different monthly memberships are great deals. Love the place, staff and convenience. Fast appointments. I love Mystic flow and recommend it to everybody!

Had my first float therapy and hydro massage today and it was awesome. Will definitely be backed.
Absolutely the most relaxing experience I have ever had! Please I beg all of my friends and family do yourself the biggest favor and go to this amazing center! The tank is not claustrophobic at all!! Believe me I am very claustrophobic and did not have a second of concern. The hydro massage is dare I say better than any I have had before? Shawna was super attentive and full of great tips and suggestions. Please go to mystic flow!!! The space is tranquil, the staff is lovely and the treatments are divine!
Equipment didn’t function as instructed.
Staff are warm, welcoming, and well informed. Massage and float services were very effective at helping me to relax and rejuvenate. I will definitely be treating myself to this again!
We enjoyed the automony and the peace and variety of services at an affordable rate. Loved the sauna, float and hydromassage. The robes were so soft! We loved that showering is also part of the float experience.Our main recommendations would be to allow floaters the option to change music or bring in their own. I am short so I would also have liked a step stool to get in and out of the float tank.
