We finally tried the float spa everyone is raving about....it was very cool. You can blissfully lay in the dark or light, you can choose music or float in quiet. Mystic Flow Wellness center in Gainesville is a gorgeous & serene place, beautifully designed by owners Adriana & Derreck Benoit. From beginning to end, it was a great experience! My husband and I did a sauna and float date and it was perfect. Beautiful ambiance, attentive customer service upon arrival, luxurious towels and robes, modern equipment, etc. Only thing that could have made it better is if it was next door to our house!

Our 1st visit here; we bought a deal from Living Social. Couldn't be happier with that purchase. Very clean, serene atmosphere. First time in a sauna or float tank and I'm in love!!! Was so relaxing. I will definitely be back and recommend this to others.
My husband and I went in for the couples sauna and floating. We had aches and pains from work and life stressors. I especially had issues with my left shoulder and lower back pain - all gone. Will definitely be going back. Hubby has been able to have deep good nite sleep which he had not had for a while.
My husband and I just enjoyed our first ever " float" experience! Thirty minutes in the sauna together, followed by sixty minutes of floating, in separate float pods. You really do float without trying!!! Dwight went in with a tight neck/trap muscles, and is loose and relaxed now! For me, the mental checkout was great (almost fell asleep)! Definitely will be back!

What a wonderful place!! The spa features beautiful decoration and relaxing treatment rooms. Staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, and provides services that are second to none. I really felt at home while there and the prices reflect great value for the top quality products and services. I highly recommend this outstanding spa experience.
