Adriana is amazing. I did a 30 minute infrared sauna, 30 mins float and a 30 mins ionic foot bath plus she had me use the hydro massage bed for 30 mins. The whole atmosphere is immediately calming. It was my first float, so it was a bit odd-definitely a restart button on your body and also sensory deprivation. Never did I feel scared and unsafe. The staff is so helpful and informative. I recommend all of the services! This week I had a massage, foot detox and used the hydro bed! All spectacular experiences! Can’t wait to go again!
