Gear that will last in roughest conditions , but about the worst costumer service I have ever encountered !! Tried to charge me twice for a Komodo dragon pack . . Good thing I check my statements , other wise they wouldn't of said anything. Next thing is they restrict there packages meaning you can't change the address using ups , but than they blame ups by saying it's too late , I called ups and they told me it was on mystery ranch (which they lied) .
I have been trying to get a mystery ranch Metcalf pack since april and the customer service at mystery ranch kept giving me the run around saying that they would have one in month. Finally they told me to go through some of their dealers so I contacted a them and I was told by them they haven't see any and mystery ranch won't tell them when they will be getting any. So I just went and bought a Stone Glacier pack I got it two days.
