Customer service is horrible. I highly recommend dealing with a different pack company. No willingness to help with their products let alone help you locate somewhere to purchase them.
I was skeptical about this line pack at first. My current line pack was an extremely bad purchase. I ordered the Hot 3 and immediately I was impressed. I carried it on one fire and I did not have the pain in my shoulders or back that my other line pack inflicted. Fully adjustable yoke was a great feature for comfort and usefulness.
