The packs are the best on the market and can haul more weight than your body could ever handle! I've had several and loved them all.
I've been using/abusing MR packs since 2007. Thousands of miles, carrying heavy loads, under very adverse conditions. Not a single failure or problem. These packs are far more capable than I am.
The quality and construction of every MR pack that I have seen is superior to other packs. I have carried numerous heavy items, including tree stands, and my Metcalf handles every bit of it, comfortably. I am very impressed with the quality, construction and comfort. I will definitely use MR packs for a long time to come.
I had a terrible experience with my local retailer for MR. I am so glad I contacted MR USA directly for assistance as their customer service was really top notch! Responses were prompt, courteous and patient. They really went out of the way to assist me and absorb much of the shipping fees as a form of recovery for my bad experience. Just got the 2016 metcalf (multicam), and love it compared to my other packs. Mystery Ranch Customer service staff was excellent in helping me find the one and only, size large metcalf left in Stock through out their retailers in the country.
