Too much emphasis on pushing high cost options. The previous owner always did a deep scaling as part of the cleaning. Now, they do a cursory cleaning and charge way more (2-1/2 times more) to do the scaling. Ouch! Why would a 65 year old man want to start braces at this point in my life? What are they thinking?
