Update 5/9/2021 - Mailboxes have been broken and unusable for month than a month. Response from the property, "Sorry. That's really expensive." Don't move here if you have other options. _______________________________________________________________ Update 5/8/2018: Apartment supposedly has a no pet policy, but there are at least 5 residents with dogs so it doesn't appear that they enforce it. This apartment complex is an amazing place to live! It's very nice, and the management team is incredibly friendly and always responsive to any concerns or questions. The maintenance staff is excellent and quick to address any issues, often resolving them the same day. A special shoutout to Daniela, the property manager—she is incredibly nice and professional. Nice townhouse style studio with loft, has a homey feel, a little older but nice. Lots of grown in greenery and nice landscaping. Alina, who is the manager, is great, very easy to get a hold of, prompt responses and very helpful. Parking was usually easy, quiet complex for the most part. We even parked on the street outside the complex many times without any issues. Laundry room is kept clean.
The manager of the property, miss Alina, it’s an amazing person. Helped us in a very short time to move in, the process went nice and smooth. The apartment and the complex in general, was very clean. We were very happy to rent here. Thank you.
