This is absolutely the worst VA I have been to. They don't answer the phone. The shortest time I have waited for someone to pick up the phone is 25 minutes. I have been on hold well over an hour several times. Then if you try and schedule online they call you to set it up anyway. The number they call you back on doesn't say it's the VA either. So if you are like me and don't answer calls from numbers who don't say who calling then your screwed and have to sit on hold forever. What's the point of the schedule your appointment... read more
Probably the worst VA clinic in the country now! Find help outside of the VA if you can. They are not here to help veterans but gain off their suffering! Some VA clinics are better than others Myrtle Beach is definitely not for serving veterans.
Since moving to SC from Phoenix, my experience has been so disppointing to say the least. For the past 8 months I had to fight each time to get care, it took me almost 4 months to get an ENT appointment, and I still have problems with my inner ear. When reaching out to my team most of the time my inquiry aren't anwered or answered 3-5 days or more. I never had these issues with the Phoenix VA, they were spot on.
