Dentures were made by a clinical supervisor not by a dentist. Never saw a licensed dentist who should have made the final impressions for fabrication of dentures in violation of the Illinois Administrative Code 1220.245. The dentures never fit right and after spending nearly $5,000. I have been advised to contact a lawyer in Chicago who handles Dental Malpractice cases. I did not spend that kind of money to have my dentures made and fitted by an assistant. I thought I was paying to see a dentist!

I am not a fan of dentists but I am a big fan of Dr. Mulka and his assistant. They, on all 3 occasions when I have had to have teeth pulled or fillings done, have been very considerate and attentive to any discomfort I might be feeling. All of the staff are friendly and compassionate. Thank you !
Awesome experience had to get in for emergency dental work. Got in first thing for an appointment they were very accommodating and got everything done that needed to be. They staff was very nice and so was Dr. Prudent thank you very much!
