Everyone at the Bellevue office - from Dr. Kwon to the rest of the staff - is super friendly, but also very professional and courteous. The visits are always pleasant and efficient.

They always remember me when I walk in. And are prompt to make sure I am comfortable. Best customer service for a dentist. If it wasn't for their caring attitude, my fear of dentists would take over.
My little one and I got our teeth cleaned on June 13, 2014. Excellent service. Love the Doctors and staff .

As always, Dr. Im was painless, encouraging and nice. His staff is also great and gentle. I don't like going to the dentist as much as the next person, but I do travel an hour out of my way to see Dr. Im.
Dr Im was awesome. I need an emergency crown as my tooth cracked. They got me in on Sat and stayed late to get the job done right!
Nice, friendly and on time. Excellent service from the receptionist, hygienist, dentist (Dr. Kwon). They gave me helpful estimate on how much it cost for things that needs to be done for my missing molar (bridge).
