Claire is a lifesaver for my active lifestyle. I have hyper-mobile shoulders that cause me a lot of problems along with many other issues. Claire does an excellent job to help me recover and she preventative work as well. I have made a ton of progress in the last year and I believe Myo-Fit has played a large role in that!
I’m so impressed with the care I received from Makayla and Sara at Myo-fit for my planter faciitis. After two years of excruciating pain in the morning and limited mobility and activity, they provided significant relief with the stretches and exercises they prescribed and dry needling Makayla administered. I thought the pain was something I’d always have to deal with, but their knowledge and expertise helped my body heal! They greatly improved my life and I’m so grateful to have found them!
The staff at Myo-Fit were great. It only took them a few minutes to diagnose the foot pain I have been having a prescribe a treatment plan.
Cannot sing enough praise about Claire. I demand a lot from my body with my active lifestyle. Claire is great at injury prevention and helping me recover much quicker.
Great service, highly recommend consistent body work.
