We rented a home through mynd for one year. Upon move out we expected a full refund of the deposit the home was in perfect condition. However, we received an invoice full of charges that were not justified. For example we had the home professionally cleaned prior to moving out. And they still charged us an additional $500 cleaning fee. Also, the home came with a built in desk, and a baby gate leading up the stairs. Mynd charged me $1200 for removal of these items. As a resident I would have to say that MYND has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. No communication between departments. No way to directly talk to anyone. The unit was filthy and they refused to clean it or give me my money back. Slow to no response with service issues. Renters beware!
I leased our home through MYND in July. I listed the dead trees and shrubs on the check-in list provided to me by their management team. It is now October and I still have dead trees and shrubs in my yard. After numerous discussions with many different people, the only solution given to me by their team was that I could pay for the replacement of the dead trees and shrubs.
