Terrible apartment with the worst maintenance
Jorge handled an emergency call last night. He was kind, patient, courteous, and very professional! Kudos to the emergency maintenance crew, and especially to Jorge!
This is one of the worst apartment I’ve ever lived, had bug and pluming issue which took management 4 to 6 months to come and just check. The leasing office people are very rude and dealt with me with eye tools and made me feel like I’m and idiot for asking them any question. I would never recommend anyone to live here, there are far better places in Austin for the same price.
