Dr. Romanelli and the staff of the Brewster MyEyeCare are all wonderful. Dr. Romanelli takes the time to explain things in easily understandable terms, does a thorough eye exam, and you can tell that she really cares about her patients and their eye care. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable to make both the check-in and checkout a smooth process.

Excellent customer service. Nice staff. Everyone is pleasant. Dr. Romanelli is kind and a good listener, for people who need a through eye exam. This isn't the same exam as Walmart. Any issues with blurry vision and you need more advanced care and technology. Time to buy a frame: Even the $145.00 glasses turned into $350.00. I recently visited the MyEyeDr. office in Brewster, NY for an eye exam and to order new glasses, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Joseph Macchia. Joseph was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me choose a great pair of frames, and never made me feel rushed.
