If this review was just for the doctor and the lovely gentleman who helped me pick out glasses, it would be 5 stars. I had a Saturday appointment a few months ago which started off great. I did all the tests and got my eyes dilated, so it wasn't a super-quick visit. The problem arose when the young lady was ringing me up. My Eye Doctor in Brewster New York is absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be coming back. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Went for a very overdue eye exam to update my contact lens Rx and everyone here was very kind, helpful & professional. I booked an appointment online, was seen on time & they took time to help me understand my vision insurance benefits better so I got the best use of my plan's coverage for new glasses and contact lenses. Overall great experience. I'll be returning for my annual eye exam next year. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Dr. Romanelli! Everyone was so helpful and kind! They were able to get me in next day and I was so thankful for that because I had a scare with my vision and I honestly hadn't been to the eye doctor in a while! Everything was explained very thoroughly. The front desk, assistants, and doctor were amazing and ready to help. I'm excited to come back in to pick up my new glasses 😁 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need of eye care!
