Ash and the entire team was extremely friendly and helpful. I love this location and the new Dr completely understood everything that I couldn’t explain.
I was visiting Washington, DC and my screw came out of my glasses. My Eye Doctor was near and the gentleman fixed my glasses in minutes. He didn't charge me and even gave me a case to put them in. I thought customer service was hard to find but he proved me wrong. Thank you so much for such quick and professional service!
