I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at MyEyeDr. My yearly eye exam was on April 16, and as of July 8, I still don’t have my glasses. I’ve driven to the store over 5 different times, and each visit came with a new issue. First the glasses were delayed, then the lenses were installed backward, then the lab broke the lens, then the replacement lenses were scratched, and they even installed a silver nose bridge on gold frames. I had a great experience at this shop! John was incredibly helpful—he took the time to help me size new lenses for a pair of frames I brought in, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I left feeling really happy with the results. The customer service here is top-notch, and they offer a great selection of frames. The space is also new, clean, and very welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—highly recommend!
