I stopped by the Brookline location today, with my pair of Lindberg reading glasses, which have, annoyingly (though they're great glasses) proprietary nose-pads, which are extremely difficult to find. One of my nose-pads had fallen off, and though I had some nose-pads with me (that I had gotten from Lindberg years ago in case I needed them ever) I couldn't for the life of me put them on myself, as the attachment nose-pad parts were so tiny and tricky. I use to go to the Brookline location on Harvard St. long long ago&switched to Boston Vision due to less than apathetic service&more at this location..But 6 months ago, I walked in just to look&found myself in what felt like a completely new place with such a nice vibe that rivals the coolest eyeglass shops I’ve been in. We always have great customer service in your Brookline office. Dr. Z was thorough in her eye examination for my husband. We came back to this location because we had such a positive experience with Dr. Z, 2 years ago. As far as the front office, Dion was wonderful to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable and quick. He was able to adjust my husband’s glasses correctly.
