I immediately questioned both my glasses and contacts and felt I was given the wrong prescription so I contacted the office. I was told to "give it 30 days" and that my prescription will take time to adjust. When I contacted them in 30 days, because I was still having problems, it was "too late" to get this fixed. I told myself I could deal with this and tried to let go of this but over the next few months, I started having problems with migraines and dizziness. Made a 9 am appointment on line. Got a text confirmation showing 9 am. Went to eye doctor on time and was treated rudely and told my appointment was 10am! Do Not come to the Middleburg my eye doctor. Terrible service.

I have bought prescription eyeglasses from MyEyeDr for years but I will NEVER go back thanks to the horrible service, quality issues, and price increases I’ve experienced in the past months. When I got my latest prescription, I kept the frames I previously purchased at MyEyeDr. I chose to get a scratch resistant coating. With my insurance, the MyEyeDr in Waynesboro PA charged me over $400 out of pocket just to replace my lenses. Should be called MyEyeRipOff! Went here because the Dr is on my insurance. Staff is polite while they push you to buy overpriced glasses and contacts. They pressed me to order a year's worth of contacts (4 boxes) so I could get a small discount, and said I could return unopened boxes if they didn't work out. They didn't so I made another appt and was prescribed a different type of contacts. Brought back 2 unopened boxes to return and was told I would be refunded $30 LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THEM because "the discount had to... read more

Worst experience with an eye doctor I have ever had in my life. If you need glasses I do not recommend my eye doctor at any location. Myself my wife and my mother went to three different locations all three got wrong glasses the prescription wasn't right you have to jump through hoops to get them to do anything about it or they won't answer the phone when you try to talk to him. Worst expense I ever had with any business

Do not do business with these people! They try to sell you contacts at a super inflated price and then tell you they will replace any contacts that are defective or lost. I called before the prescription even expired and they would not replace them. Buy your contacts from 1800contacts as they will replace no questions asked and even if your prescription has expired. After a full year of being paid in full, they keep sending a bill for $20.00 in which was paid in cash inside the office within days of receiving the first bill. They stated to me, they didn't have a clue of what the money was for because I didn't show a balance.

Have been to MyEyeDr twice since they took over from Weaver Eye Associates Both times they continued to ask for funds covered under my insurance. Both times I was informed of my coverage only to later have them say a certain amount was not covered. Providing them with insurance info, providing them with their own documentation as proof does no good. I continue to be harassed. I went in for an eye exam. Was only there to get a new prescription for my contacts. I wear glasses, but was not going to replace the lenses at this time as I wear progressive lenses and they are expensive. I asked to have my glasses adjusted. The girl did and handed them back to me. I put them on and everything was foggy and blurry. I figured they were just dirty. I got to my car, took them off and examined the lenses. They had a ton of scratches all over both lenses.
