Complete administrative incompetence. I'm changing ASAP. I scheduled easily enough initially because they took over for my retiring independent Dr. and had his office and files but it took 4 tries over months for them to update my phone number. They didn't answer the phone. They didn't call back. After 2 months I found out that they didn't actually order my lenses - which they said they did when I was at the office. I had the worse experience of my life wi to eye care here today. I called the office on September 18th and made an appointment for today at 9 am. I was the first patient in the building and went to sign in for them to tell me they had no appointment scheduled for me today. The same thing happened to me last year at this location also. None the less I showed one of the girls working there where I had called and had an 8 minute conversation from someone in the office and informed her this was the second time this had happened ... read more

Jonathan is the Manager at My Eye Dr in Garner - **** ***** *** *** ****** ** *****. I have a patient at that location for several years, never had a problem. I had my eye appointment 06/19/2023 and was asked to pay $206.00 as my responsibility. Paid for my visit and in August 2023 statement sent to me advising I owed $20.00, Statement dated 08/16/23. I drove 45 miles to and 45 miles back to determine if I owe the bill as I was never billed for more than what I owe at time of service. The servicer always checked on my benefi... read more

I have been asked to prove that I paid my bill. I offered multiple sources of information and then was asked to send an additional email even though heir own doxo online Payment site confirmed via email that I had paid. This is utter nonsense. I can see on my bank statement that it has been paid. I had to speak to a 3 different people in an hour's time and none of them were able to resolve this. Do better Myeyedr.!!!!

Very disappointed in Dr. C. Sanders team in Bowie. I received an email and several texts reminders concerning my appointment for today. I showed up only to be told that someone overbooked my slot online! I explained that I called INTO the location to book my appointment. Which I was told they left me a voice mail asking for me to confirm. My frustration was when I ask WHY didn’t the texts and emails sent to me express a need to confirm??? I was told it’s an ongoing issue and they “have been complaining to corporate.” Really!... read more

The technician was extremely nice. I didn’t catch her name. (Young, African American with locs) But, I don’t like the virtual experience. And, they are SEVERELY overpriced. I paid for my exam and left. Never again. If I’m paying $379 for an eye exam (with or without insurance), I need an optometrist who is present! Not someone in a room at home behind a desk…. Plus, I looked up both women on the screen. The only thing I was able to locate is the optometrist who is seemingly marketing makeup and her own clothing line. 09-13-2... read more

I took my personal frames in to get prescription glass put in them. They came back with the wrong prescription and the tint I asked for was dark like sunglasses not light like I asked for. That took 2 weeks for them to return the wrong request. They told me I should send them back to the lab, so I gave them back to the store and they told me it would take 2 more weeks for them to come back. AWFUL!! Went in for eye exam and 2days later it’s turned into a wreck!! These people need to stop assuming what others want!! I wear glasses and have 2 pair of them. I told the dr I was interested in contacts his reply No problem. After I sit in that chair to read those stupid signs, he then starts flipping his lenses every way possible for the outcome to be noting!! I get stuff that I never even ordered or did!! He not once measured my eyes for contacts at least I was told by insurance that would happen it never did. Meanin... read more
