Everyone in this office is so nice, professional, competent and understanding. They work with your insurance company to make sure patients get the most out of our insurance coverage. I appreciate learning that my vision may be changing due to increased cataracts and increased dry eye conditions - not a changed prescription. I now have a new dry eye drop to add and will follow up with Dr. Maniscalco if these don’t work.
The good: they are closest to me and its practical to have them around. Staff were nice to me and everything went smoothly. The UGLY : Without asking me they just went ahead and added a full year of contacts to my bill, I am so shy and I just said yes, but Id like to have the option to go for less months, a decent business would ask you first, right? but I sensed they were desperate for sales. I have been a patient at this eye doctor's office my entire life, even back when it was still Holland Eye Care.
