All staff including doc were awesome. From exam to picking out frames, everything was great

I have seen Dr. Francia for the past two years, I am extremely happy with the time and care she provides. She is excellent! I recently felt like I had a bad experience at Wing Eyecare Liberty Location, however the issues I had voiced were heard and resolved by Julia the Office Manager. She was very professional and listened to my concerns, and resolved them. I would like to Thank her and staff for listening to their customers and providing a quick and satisfactory resolution!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Talked me through all my tests and told me how to keep my eyes healthy. I wasn't a number to them I was treated like a friend. Helped me make the right choice for lenses for my life style and eye comfort. Will be going back in the future.

I highly recommend Dr. Hartmann in Liberty Township. He is a great listener and finds the best contacts/glasses for your needs. His office staff is very friendly, efficient, and customer service-oriented. Prior to this office opening in Liberty Township, I tried two other optometrists in the area and was very disappointed by those experiences so this was a very welcome change. Thank you!
